Haven't yet read the complete article, but looks like this is somewhere in Andhra? Gujarat lead karega aisa kyu lagta hai?
hi kash..do read the article its pretty exciting a hopeful face of india given the inflation, financial crisis and all that...
why I think Gujarat and Andhra might be the leading states is because the way they have (or atleast Gujarat) is because of their holistic approach to development. Modi had done a good job for Gujarat. Andhra has still way to go...but post Naidu am not so sure...
and bengal unfortunately is way behind all this.. they are too much caught in dumb politics and corruption...
but all this will depend on how we survive the upcoming inflation...
