The most famous Coffee House in Kolkata, also known as the "Coffee House at College Street"is situated opposite the Presidency College, Kolkata. It has been a regular hang out for students (and ex-students) of the Presidency College, Calcutta University, and other institutions in College Street. I make sure to visit Coffee house at least once in every visit to India..

It was the meeting place for the poets, artistes, literates and people from the world of art and culture. Wonder how many intellectual or political plans were hatched there, right sitting at those tables!
